Scan to clock in
Print one QR code per entrance. People scan it with their phone to start and end a shift. No cards, no readers, no paperwork.
Location only during a shift
Position is recorded between a check-in and a check-out, and never outside one. The server refuses location data when no shift is open.
Geofence alerts
Draw a radius around each site. If someone leaves it mid-shift or turns location off, the shift is flagged and managers are told.
Rosters that catch problems
Set expected shifts. Worvexa raises late arrivals, missed shifts, early finishes and hours worked below the roster.
