People open the app at the site and tap once to start or end a shift. Their position picks which site it is. No cards, no readers, no paperwork.
Location only during a shift
Position is recorded between a check-in and a check-out, and never outside one. The server refuses location data when no shift is open.
Geofence alerts
Draw a radius around each site. If someone leaves it mid-shift or turns location off, the shift is flagged and managers are told.
Rosters that catch problems
Set expected shifts. Shifticker raises late arrivals, missed shifts, early finishes and hours worked below the roster.
